My favorite baking gadget is my batter dispenser! I purchased it at Bed Bath and Beyond a couple of years ago and it makes it very easy to get batter into the cupcake pans quickly and with little mess. I also use it for pancakes!

My favorite Gadget is the icing holder from wilton. It is such a great and simple tool to keep a bunch of colors going when I'm making a cake! love it!
the icing holder from wilton is the best way to deal wit multiple colors while working on a cake! it's been a life saver, i love it so much
